ONLINE SESSIONS

SOUND MEDITATION - 30 / 60 mins

Tailored for Indiviuals or Groups

We begin with a series of warm ups, breathing exercises and meditation to remove physical tensions and blocks, warm up the body and bring ourselves into the moment as a preparation for the therapeutic sounds.

Working intuitively, Jon's sound meditations can feature the rattle, breath, shruti box, voice, drum, chimes, flute, bowls and other instruments to leave you grounded, centred and clear.

Sound meditations use vibrational healing methods to improve your health and wellbeing at the levels of mind, body and energy. The frequencies and vibrations will permeate every cell and fibre of your body and can send you on a deep journey and reveal precious insights.

Ultimately producing a deep sense of presence, relaxation and calmness.

1-2-1 WELLBEING COACHING - 30 / 60 mins

Individuals or Couples

We offer 1-2-1 services both in person and online via Skype or Zoom calls.

These sessions are designed to look at clients’ individual situations, conditions and needs.

These can include anything from work, family, relationships, love, purpose, meaning. We then design a programme over many weeks to learn and integrate various skills and techniques that will support the transformative journey forwards.

We use meditation, body techniques like stretching and tapping, breath work and sound to manage issues, develop and maintain levels of wellbeing.

Programmes involve a minimum of 6 weekly sessions.

We work with clients in a range of sectors to create bespoke wellbeing programmes for companies and organisations of any size.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, RETREATS

We host regular workshops, events and retreats in the UK and around the world.

These are designed to use a range of tools, including meditation, breathing, movement, stretching and therapeutic sounds to create a sense of peace, deep relaxation.

SOUND IMMERSION WORKSHOP-  3 hrs

This workshop features same warm ups and exercises as the Sound Meditation (above) and also offers the opportunity to go deeper and discover the healing potential of therapeutic sound via your own voice.

The human voice is the most powerful instrument in the universe.

We will:

  • Learn how to tune your voice to the immediate needs of your own body, mind and energy system.

  • Explore the amazing possibilities of working with the voice collectively in a group.

  • Learn about some of the instruments and even have a go at playing some yourselves.

This course will teach students everything they need to use sound therapeutically. This course has been designed so these techniques can be easily integrated into existing practices, work schedules and daily life.

We are particularly interested to train teachers, yoga teachers, therapists, home educators, anyone working with young people, or as an educator of any type.

We also have the vision to train children from an early age about the creative and therapeutic potential of sound and music. We believe that if children start their journey with sound early then they will be equipped with the tools they need to overcome difficulty, improve resilience and help others.
